Thanks for checking out the site. I started designing it back in March 26’ and completed it in September 26’. I spent 1000+ hours working on this, and I’m proud of the final design.

This is not a professional website. This is not a career website. This is a creative writing website. It’s entertainment. So, if you’re looking to connect professionally, search for me on LinkedIn.

I incorporate aspects of my career on this site because much of my literature centers around socio-economics, and yes, that includes the workforce. It also includes education, community & culture, social capital (your network), income & wealth, amongst other economic factors.

I won’t claim to be a subject-matter expert in any of these areas; however, I have enough experience and awareness to develop literary narratives.

I have a BA in English Literature & Communication from the University of Washington. My academic experience provided me with a strong foundation in critical thinking, critical analysis, verbal and written communication, and media navigation. Additionally, I completed several writing courses that strengthened my skills in narrative structure, voice & style, and deep editing & revision for clarity and impact. Together, these experiences are what classify my writing as “literature.” Each written piece took weeks, months, or years to complete.

I possess the personal background, education, and skills necessary to write about the topics I write about. The content is not for your agreement. And I will not allow those to resort to ad hominem attacks to invalidate what I’ve directly experienced in the workforce, through higher education, or within the community. Especially not in Seattle, Washington… I want to warn folks not to assassinate my character because you don’t agree with what I have to say, or better yet, what I have to write. In Seattle, that will backfire on you. You don’t know all the people I know.

PATCHYp has served society for nearly his entire career. From university to the workforce. PATCHYp has supported thousands of students and professionals spanning college access to career services and workforce development. PATCHYp has met with industry leaders, political and government leaders, and community leaders.

Moving forward, I have grandiose plans for how I intend to leverage these experiences and knowledge; however, this website represents a digital canvas and portfolio of my perspective. And I encourage you to keep all of this in mind as you peruse the rest of this website.

This platform isn’t for you if you don’t enjoy reading or can’t comprehend text that takes over five minutes to read. This platform isn’t for you if you’re uninterested in socio-economics. You don’t care about issues in the workforce, education, or the community.

This site is not for you if you are seeking prescriptive content. Definitions, terms, and concrete steps. My goal is to encourage you to research further, not to give you answers and solutions. There are real-life case studies around much of what I share. Trust that I did my due diligence and research while composing the work.

There was much intention & purpose behind every element of this website. That’s why it took a long time to arrive at this final design. This is not basic at all. So, if you feel this way, this isn’t the space for you.

When you read my work, you need to imagine. You must paint your own picture.

Take time to look over everything. Whether you visit once, periodically, or frequently. Moving forward, I aim to increase the frequency of my work, but literature takes time, and I don’t use artificial intelligence with it. But I will explore other forms of content that are as enriching yet consistent. Hopefully this is not your last time visiting.
